John Eaves Sr. - Founder & CEO

John had an early passion in Real Estate when he began investing in 1988 in Virginia. After graduating from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and spending over 30 years with Norfolk Southern as a Train-master, John planned his future, retirement and legacy in purchasing and renting homes to his community in Virginia. After retirement, John decided to expand his business in Missouri. As of now, Cove Road Associates/SEVAE Solutions LLC has acquired over 2 dozen single family homes that service the Roanoke and Saint Louis communities.

John Eaves Jr. PhD - Senior Consultant

John Eaves Jr. is the eldest son John Eaves Sr. His involvement began in 2010 when his father asked he maintain the residential homes in Virginia. A graduate of Henderson University, John Jr. relocated to Washington D.C where he later worked and retired as a Commander in the United States Navy at the Pentagon. John Jr. is also an ordained minister - where he has obtained a Doctorate at the United Faith Christian Ministry.

Courtney Eaves Esq. - Property Manager/Leasing Agent

Courtney is the only daughter of John - who began her journey with the company in 2015. Like her father, she is a graduate from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff; after which she pursued her Juris Doctorate at Miles Law School. Throughout her journey as a Leasing Agent & Property Manager, Courtney has created and implement new procedures and systems in assisting with the day to day responsibilities in maintaining the company’s excelling operations.

Richard Eaves - Director of Environmental Affairs

Richard is the youngest son who like his sister joined the family business in 2015. A graduate of Webster University, “Ricky” is also a St. Louis City Police Officer. His upbringing has taught him that organizing his surroundings is the best way to maintain a balanced life. In his capacity, Rick has clear direction on how to recover, adjust and present awesome service for our customers. Whether it is in the office or out in the field, Rick is never a stranger to hands on hard work.
